Local realtor's listing wasn't moving — the lot was presented with a survey, a price, and three photos. We rewrote the package around what could actually be built on the site, with two development scenarios and a comp analysis supporting the ask.

After the first package's outcome, the same realtor brought us a second listing — a smaller in-fill parcel that needed similar repositioning. We built a package along the same structure, tuned for the smaller site.
